I've spent 13 years in quality engineering, the last five leading QE at Convoso, a cloud contact-center platform — promoted three times in four years from Lead QA Engineer to Sr. Director. I've built QA teams from scratch twice in my career and scaled the most recent from 2 to 18 engineers, developing manual testers into SDETs and SDETs into leads along the way.
Beyond the team, I own release management end to end — calendar, dependencies, cross-team execution, and validation across multiple concurrent projects. I'm hands-on: I built our custom telephony verification app (Node.js/React on AWS), designed the test harnesses behind our infrastructure migrations, and I'm integrating AI into both manual QA and automation to make the whole function faster.
